Once you have created your account, log in to start the application process.

Prepare Required Information

Application information requirements vary from school to school. However, the following are the generally common details that you will likely have to provide:

  • Full name as it appears on official documents
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Passport-size photograph (digital copy)
  • Copy of Birth certificate
  • Contacts and residential address

Required documents vary by application level:

  • For S.1 Applications: UNEB PLE results
  • For S.5 Applications: UNEB PLE and UCE results
  • For other Secondary Classes: UNEB results and most recent previous school results/report card
  • For Primary Classes: Previous school results/report cards
Ensure all documents are clear and legible. Poor quality scans/photographs may be rejected.

  • Parents/Guardian Names
  • Contact Details (Email Addresses and Phone Number)
  • Occupation
  • Residential and Work Addresses

  • Names of previous schools attended
  • Years of attendance
  • Classes completed
  • Reason for leaving (if applicable)
Application Fee Information

Please note that schools charge an application fee. The fee amount varies from school to school and will be displayed when you select a school during the application process. For some schools, payment can be made securely through our platform at the end of the application process. For the rest, the payment instructions will be provided instead.
